Job Description

• Participate in the development and operation of measurement tools and software systems supporting technology risk management.

• Monitor established safety limits and technology risk control thresholds.

• Analyze, assess, and advise on solutions to prevent and mitigate risks related to the Bank’s processes, products, and new projects within the assigned scope.

• Collect information, documents, and data to support in-depth technology risk assessments based on assigned themes (by business area, by product, etc.), including policy/system reviews, implementation practices, and system data analysis.

• Coordinate with business units, departments, and divisions to analyze root causes and propose remediation plans and systemic risk mitigation solutions for arising risk events within the assigned scope.

• Collect and analyze data to support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports in accordance with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and/or management requirements of Military Bank (MB) regarding technology risk status.

• Monitor and supervise the implementation of risk mitigation solutions and action plans approved by the Bank’s Board of Management to prevent and reduce technology risks.

Skills & Experience

• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA), Product Managers, and technical teams to lead product design initiatives.

• Accurately estimate design tasks during planning sessions.

• Present work outcomes to the wider organization during Show & Tell sessions.

Job Requirements

• Participate in all stages of the product design lifecycle, from discovery to developer handover and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and engineering teams to guide product design decisions.

• Accurately estimate design tickets during sprint or planning meetings.

• Maintain design process quality and ensure that implemented code accurately reflects approved design specifications.

• Present design work and outcomes to the organization during Show & Tell sessions.

Employment Terms & Policies

• Probation period: 2 months (85% of official salary)

• Working time: Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (half-day)
